RO Spain Real Estate is a Spanish company with Dutch management, and has been active as a Dutch, English and Flemish-speaking Real Estate advisor on the Costa Blanca since 2005.
Due to our many years of experience in the Real Estate sector in Spain, we are able to offer a full service to our clients. In addition to the sale and maintenance of Real Estate, we also perform all administrative actions that involve the ownership of a property on the Costa Blanca, such as applying for a NIE number (click here for more information), import of vehicles and mediating with all types of insurance.
For example, did you know that both residents and non-residents must file an annual tax return (Renta) if you own a property in Spain?
In addition, as a non-resident, you must appoint a tax representative who is the point of contact for the Spanish authorities and who also takes care of the annual tax return for you.
We take care of all administrative actions for you and act as your tax representative.
