Our Property Care service consists of administrative (Property Management) and operational support (Property Maintenance) for owners with a house or apartment on the Costa Blanca.

The aim of Property Care is to offer a complete service to those who do not stay in the house all year round and can thus keep remote control.

The saying says it all, Property Management is the “management” of administrative actions, which we perform for and on behalf of owners of a house or apartment on the Costa Blanca.

Property Maintenance concerns activities that we carry out on the location of the house or apartment. Such as physical checks, repair, cleaning and monitoring of the state of the house or apartement, aswell pest control.

In addition to our Property Care service, we also act (if the customer so wishes) as a Fiscal Representative, where we are the point of contact for the tax authorities and for the annual mandatory tax returns.

Our service packages:

Simply Property Care = 0.50 euros / day (excluding VAT)

Premium Property Care = 1.00 euro / day (excluding VAT)

Fiscal Representation = 195 euros / year (excluding VAT)
